Collectively, with intentional structures and a shared passion about creating learning environments that are connected to communities, where children and families know they belong because they are seen, heard, and known.
I am a learner and practitioner. My background in education spans twenty-eight years and encompasses the roles of teacher, district coordinator, and school administrator in both traditional district schools and charter school constructs.
I lead with my heart and have learned to listen closely to each community I’ve worked with. It is this superpower I’ve leveraged to incorporate systems thinking and community support as levers in building strong and sustainable organizations.
